For the first time ever, Princess Cruises has announced that it will be homeporting in Port Canaveral starting in 2024.

Starting November 27, 2024, Caribbean Princess will homeport in central Florida, offering four to 14-day eastern and western Caribbean itineraries. Highlights include:
One four-day Turks & Caicos Getaway departure over ThanksgivingFive departures of the eight-day eastern Caribbean itinerary to St. Thomas, St. Maarten, San Juan, and Grand TurkFive departures of the eight-day western Caribbean itinerary to Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize City, and RoatánNine departures of the six-day eastern Caribbean to Nassau, Grand Turk, and either Amber Cove or San JuanAny of the eight-day and six-day voyages can be combined for a 14-day cruise

Adding Port Canaveral as one of its U.S. homeports is part of Princess’ North America expansion plan, offering new cruise options for guests in major drive markets like central Florida.
Caribbean Princess features 1,571 cabins and has a total capacity of 3,140 guests and 1,200 crew. The 19-deck ship launched in 2004.
